Position Title: Insurance and Wealth Planning Analyst

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing analytical support to our Insurance and Wealth Planning Group experts. Duties will include analysis of insurance products, preparing estate flows, performing financial modeling and working with advanced concepts to support the design of our client’s overall financial plans. Since our clients are ultra-high-net-worth individuals, comprehensive insurance and wealth planning techniques are being assessed and implemented on a custom basis. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about sophisticated wealth planning concepts for a unique client base.
Insurance and Wealth Planning Analyst:
Support our Insurance and Wealth Planning experts.
Help develop and build planning recommendations for clients.
Develop expertise with life insurance products across multiple carriers.
Work with illustration software for multiple carriers.
Interpret and analyze life insurance illustrations and contracts.
Review estate planning documents.
Assist with Cash Flow and Financial plan modeling.
Provide technical support for estate flow analysis.
Ongoing maintenance of client estate documents.
BA or BS with Finance related degree (e.g. business, math, insurance, economics, etc.).
Any Life insurance company or agency experience would be a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent math, analytical and problem solving skills.
High degree of personal integrity.
A strong work ethic. Takes ownership of actions and responsibilities.
Strong detail and follow through skills.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office); emphasis on Excel.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information to help drive informed decision making.
